This apartment is a big 2 bedroom apartment (or 1 bedroom, 1 office), exposed brick, high ceilings, A/C, big windows with lots of light. New carpet & paint. The kitchen has a full sized fridge, dishwasher, garbage disposal and oven. Private front entrance with shared mudroom off back entry. Private washer-dryer in unit. A fenced-in backyard with a dog run, patio, solar panels, and a xeriscaped front and backyard are some of the outdoor features. Includes access to a backyard locked storage shed for bikes and other bulky items. Backyard is shared with housemates in the basement and upstairs. Parking is in the alley and is uncovered. Well lit at night (never had any security issues). Month to month with 3 months notice possible. Internet / Cable is the responsibility of the tenant to set up and pay for directly. Cats and dogs less than 50 pounds are welcome for a $300 pet fee on move-in and a $35 monthly fee. Parking is available in our reserved, uncovered back lot for $50/month. An extra spot, if available, may be purchased for $100/month. There are 4 spots in total available for tenants to lease. Total move in cost: security deposit and pet fee (if applicable) secures the unit. On move in, the first month's rent, utilities, and monthly pet/parking fee is due. We do not allow smoking of any kind in the apartments and ask that all tenants work together to maintain the public spaces.
