Applicants must be able to provide proof of the income that they claim on the rental application. Applicants may be disqualified if they have a pet or pets that are not permitted at the premises either due to the landlord's insurance restrictions or at the landlord's sole discretion. Applicants shall not possess or use any illegal drugs or substances on this property. Applicants are required to obtain renter's insurance to protect against loss of personal belongings. Maximum occupancy limit is 4 persons (2 persons per bedroom) Applicant, once approved, must obtain renter's insurance as per the terms of the lease.
