Property
Needs work. Fixtures need replacement. Needs new paint. HUGE issue with heat during the day. All rooms except Second bedroom and bathroom are exposed to intense summer heat. There is NO trees near dwelling to provide shade. The bathrooms are better than most. They are large with double sinks and benches in the tub area, however the Master Bedroom and living are very small. The two or one and a half garage is small. The double balconies and sky lights provide potential but there are multiple crawls spaces that are part of the interior design and arrive magnates for heat. The surrounding units and property needs to be kept up with on a more frequent basis.
Management
Owner did noy know anything aboutbthe property. He could not answer the most basic questions about which utility company supplies power. in fairness he just purchased the property but he seemed in over his head when asked what he was going to do about the heating issue. He was making repairs while we were touring although we didn't see anything improved.
