The master suite includes a king bed, a 60 inch HDTV, and a full private bathroom. The guest room offers bunk beds with four twin beds and its own full bathroom. Guests in Unit 1 and Unit 2 often take turns enjoying the shared pool while others head to the beach. Renting both homes together includes a 10 percent discount. This property is ideal for family getaways, reunions, wedding parties, or groups of friends traveling together. The home includes a washer and dryer in a separate laundry room and a laptop friendly workspace. The balcony provides partial beach and bay views for a relaxing start or finish to your day. Important Notice: Maximum of seven guests allowed. No pets and no loud parties. Lease term is 12 month period. (Negotiable) Renter will be responsible for all utilities throughout the rental period.
