This home is designed with biking enthusiasts in mind, featuring bike and helmet storage, a bike pump, and a trail map for easy trail access. The fully stocked kitchen includes soft-close cabinets and drawers, a top-of-the-line knife set, toaster, Keurig and pot versatile coffee maker, Vitamix blender, and microwave. Professionally designed, the home boasts three stunning bedrooms with blackout shades, including a master bedroom with a plush king-size bed, lavish linens, an en-suite master bathroom, and a 60-inch Samsung Smart TV with Roku. The second and third bedrooms each feature a queen-size bed with luxury linens. The home sleeps up to 8 guests with a queen-size air mattress available. Enjoy the firepit, natural gas grill, furnished front patio, and access to the outdoor dining area through the indoor dining room. Additional amenities include a modern dining table with seating for 6, kitchen bar seating for 4, a large soaking tub, an amazing shower with dual shower heads in the master bath, a 2-car garage with a ping pong table, a laundry room with large load capabilities and a steam option, board games, a 65-inch Vizio Smart TV with Roku, and SONOS speakers in the living, dining, and kitchen area.
Guests have access to the entire house, all appliances, kitchen supplies, and amenities. Basic amenities are provided in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room to get you started on your trip, but guests are responsible for purchasing additional items if needed during their stay.
The Trailblazer is ideally located across the street from Old Tiger Track, offering a public park, playground, track, and fields for guest use. Access local farm-fresh produce and eggs at Red Barn, just a short walk across Tiger Street. Walk or bike to Crystal Bridges or the Square via the trail system, and explore beyond Slaughter Pen with an easy 7-minute bike ride to Coler MTB Preserve or Bentonville Square.
Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host and the event fee is paid. Unauthorized parties or events will incur a fine of $1000. This property is not pet-friendly, and pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400. Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour. This is a non-smoking home, and smoking will result in a fine of $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 10:00 AM. Do not block the shared driveway between homes. Exterior cameras may be present for security purposes.
