Available for lease terms of one to six months, this home provides a peaceful, move-in-ready environment. (No smoking, no pets, no firearms.) Rent is $2,400 per month and includes all utilities, high-speed internet, and a professional cleaning every two weeks, allowing you to enjoy a tidy and stress-free stay. Rent is based on single occupancy. If a second person is added, the monthly rent increases by $200. The apartment accommodates up to two residents, and all occupants must be listed on the lease. One guest may stay for up to one week at no additional cost. Our professional cleaning team will visit every two weeks at a time coordinated with you to ensure the apartment remains fresh and comfortable - this service is included in your rent. When the initial lease term ends, extensions are welcome with a new lease agreement if both parties agree.
