Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. Located just half a mile from Lake Erie and a quick 7-minute drive to Historic Downtown Willoughby, you'll have access to excellent restaurants, shops, and amenities. Plus, it's only a 20-minute drive to Downtown Cleveland for even more attractions and activities. Decibel readers track noise levels outside and a $500 fine is imposed for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. No indoor smoking is allowed, with a minimum $500 charge for extra cleaning. Smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs are allowed, and no parties or large gatherings are permitted. A $150 charge applies for late checkout without prior notice. Please remove your shoes when entering the house to help keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone.
