There are 500 miles of shoreline with many waterfront restaurants to explore. Maximum overnight occupancy is 18 and maximum daytime occupancy is 25. This property has two active security cameras on premises, one pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock. The fireplaces in this home are not functional and for aesthetic purposes only. The garage at this home is not accessible to renters. The boat lift at this dock is not accessible to renters, but boats can be tied to the side of the dock. Lake Norman water levels are managed by Duke Power, and unfortunately, we cannot guarantee any depth of water at this property.
