A $500 fine per pet will apply if a pet is brought without disclosure, fee payment, or completion of the required pet registration form prior to check-in. If evidence of a pet is found and the number of pets is unknown, it will be assumed that at least one pet was present for the purpose of assessing the fine. Guests must be over 25 to book this property. Maximum of 2 vehicles are allowed per condo. This condo is ideal for remote work, with comfortable spaces for working remotely. Linens and a starter set of toiletries are provided, including one bath towel and one washcloth per guest, plus two extras, one bathmat per shower, two hand towels per bathroom sink, two kitchen towels and one sponge, dish soap, two dishwasher pods, two laundry pods, one roll of paper towels, one to two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, a bar of soap at each bathroom sink, and travel-size shampoo and conditioner. Please keep in mind these are self-catering properties. Though we supply these items as listed above, you are required to clean (linen and towels) as needed for your use.
