Pool heating is available for $175 per day with a 3-day minimum from April 2nd to October 31st, with a maximum temperature of 82F. Please contact management at least one week prior to arrange. The pool and spa heat work on the same system, so only one can be heated at a time. Parking is available for five vehicles in the home's two-car garage and driveway. The property is conveniently located 0.9 miles, approximately a 4-minute drive or a 20-minute walk, to the beach. It is also approximately 1.4 miles to Carlsbad Village, a 6-minute drive or a 30-minute walk. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts. The hot tub is on demand and included in the nightly rate. Pool heat is not available from November 1st to April 1st. Security cameras are located outside of the garage.
