     Management

    The manager was very communicative and explained all of the information about the unit thoroughly. Their communication was prompt, clear, and helpful. They were available to address any questions or concerns. Very professional.

    The property's location was convenient, situated in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to local attractions and amenities. The rental was reasonably priced. The apartment was presentable, but the inside of the kitchen cabinets were not the cleanest but was told once someone commits to renting, then a professional cleaning will be done prior. The standard was available, laundry, and a plus if you have a pet, that it's an animal-friendly property and already included in the rent.
