As you step into this inviting villa, you'll immediately be welcomed by the bright and airy atmosphere created by large windows, vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan. The tastefully decorated living room offers a relaxing gathering space, with comfortable seating, a flat screened TV and Cable. Providing the perfect space to kick back, relax and enjoy your favorite show after a long day at the beach. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with modern stainless steel appliances and ample counter space, is perfect for preparing delicious meals throughout your stay. The adjacent dining area which comfortably seats six, making it a lovely spot to enjoy a home cooked meal or takeout from your favorite local restaurant. The two spacious bedrooms in the villa are elegantly appointed and each boasts two queen sized beds, ensuring a restful nights sleep for all guests. In addition, each room comes with their own flat screened TV, private porch overlooking the pool and plenty of storage for all of your clothes. Both bedrooms feature their own full en-suite bathrooms, creating a sense of privacy and convenience. The bathrooms are equipped with modern fixtures and come with fresh linens and toiletries, allowing you to indulge in a spa like experience. For outdoor enjoyment, the villa offers two private porches, providing a tranquil space for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying an evening cocktail while taking in the lush greenery surrounding you. The Lagoon Villa Community also offers a swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests staying there. Tucked away right in the middle of Wild Dunes, Lagoon Villas is within walking distance to the beach, tennis courts, snack shacks, and shopping. You can even take a short bike ride to the Isle of Palms Marina to rent a boat for the day or go on a fishing tour. This is a 30 day rental and is available from December through the end of February only. The monthly rate is per month and includes utilities. No smoking and no pets in the home. There is a $100 application fee per applicant and all applicants 18 or older must pass a background check. There is a $500 security deposit and a cleaning fee of $300 is due every 30 days you stay in the home. Any rental terms less than 90 days must also pay 10% state accommodations taxes.
