Linens, bedding, towels, dishes, coffee maker, microwave, are all there ready to be enjoyed! No pets allowed under any circumstances. Nine-Month furnished rental, includes internet, HOA, trash, parking, water. Electricity is paid by the tenant directly. Maximum occupancy is 2, and NO PETS of any kind. There is no smoking, vaping, or drug use of any kind in or around the condo premises. Fantastic neighborhood and neighbors. If you are interested in longer through the summer months, the rent would be higher, but I am negotiable. Laundry is in unit, and I provide all linens, pots and pans, plates, and everything someone would need for a long term rental. You would provide your personal belongings, along with on-going household supplies to maintain a clean place.
