Property
The unit was lovely. Clean, and the amenities matched the description from Zillow. The Open House tour wasn't as pleasant. There were a few dozen people who were there to take the tour when I arrived. The tour staff (about 3 or 4 people) had applications for anyone wanting one. They also had 2 printed sheets in plexiglass, one with a description of the rental qualifications and terms, and the other with QR codes and methods of paying a $25 application fee. I asked if I had to fill out the application on-site they gave me the choice complete it, scan it, and email it. Then, I also had the choice to still use the QR codes provided to submit my application fee. The application fee was NOT refundable if you weren't selected for the unit. What happens with the fees not used? The staff was polite, informative, and helpful.
