For the most convenient entry, we suggest parking in the driveway of Unit B. Guests are not permitted to utilize Unit A as this is owned by another tenant. Some closet spaces are closed. We highly recommend exploring these popular gathering spots that are conveniently located within walking distance: Bird Bird Biscuit, Haymaker Sports Bar, Este offering high-end Mexican dishes, Progress Coffee and Bar, Thunderbird, and School House Pub. Situated to the Northeast of downtown, our location places you close to all the vibrant hot spots that ATX has to offer! 0.3 miles from Downtown, 0.6 miles from UT Campus, 3 miles from Rainy St. District, 3 miles from Eastside station, and 12 miles from The Domain. Smoking is not allowed with a minimum smoking fee of $250. However, the total charge may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. Parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. We kindly request that you remain mindful of noise levels during your stay, as Unit A is privately owned and unavailable for rent. Primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entirety of the reservation. In the event that you need to use the hard key, we kindly request that you place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. If you encounter any issues, don't hesitate to contact us.
