To ensure a smooth check-in experience, you'll be asked to review and sign the house rules via the Guest App Link sent in your reservation confirmation. Make sure to complete this step at least 24 hours before your arrival to receive your arrival instructions. The maximum occupancy is 6 guests. No pets are allowed. Smoking is not allowed, with a minimum smoking fee of $250, which may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. Fireworks and parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please remain mindful of noise levels during your stay, as Unit A is privately owned and unavailable for rent. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entirety of the reservation. If you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible.
