Fairfield Harbour has numerous amenities: fishing, crabbing, at nearby dock, kayak launch, fitness center, indoor/outdoor pools, fire pit, numerous activities, etc. Owner pays electric, water, sewer, trash. Tenant is responsible for cable/Internet. Security deposit and first months rent at signing. No smoking allowed in unit. Two small pets permitted for either a one time fee of $500 per Pet or $35 per month per Pet. Certain breed not allowed. We like to do our own background and credit checks. Must have good credit, no prior evictions, and verifiable income. Background check fee is $40 for 18 years and older. Income requirement: 40% of gross verifiable income must cover the monthly rent plus any monthly fixed allegations. If applicants do not meet the guideline, we may look at other compensating factors like credit, history, length of employment, or rental history.
