Previous Evictions outside of Covid mandates and Outstanding Debts to any Landlords are grounds for denial of an application.) --No Credit History or Experian Credit Score under 600 Will require a Co-Signer. Co-Singers must also have at least a 600 credit score. --Have you been with your job at least 1 year? (If no, you may need a Co-Signer.) $40 Application Fee (Non-Refundable) to be paid before we will process your application (No Personal Checks). Applications are kept on file for 30 days.
