Pool operating hours are from 9 am to 9 pm, and the pool and terrace are common and shared between all guests. Video surveillance may be used in public areas. Gatherings of more than 8 people, including both overnight guests and visitors, are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. Extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent, and the number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs. Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm to 8 am, with violators charged a $200 fine. House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction, with violators charged a $500 fine. Pets are not allowed, and violation of the pet policy may result in a $500 fine plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay. For same-day late check-ins, host approval is required before booking.
