     Property

    The property still needed a lot of work. The pictures make it look very nice. However, when you get close on a few things you can see that they only updated a few things and that they wouldn’t bother with some other things that I feel are important. There were new upper kitchen cabinets but the lowers were old and beat up. The doors under the sink wouldn’t close properly. For the amount of money that it cost to live there I would expect more.

     Management

    He was very nice and he was able to answer all of my emails leading up to the visit as well as questions I had about the property once we got there.
