The first bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, the second a fun bunk bed set, and the third another cozy queen bed. For those who enjoy cooking, the kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you need, excluding consumables. The bathroom features a sleek shower/tub insert for your convenience. In the partially finished basement, you'll find a welcoming lounging area with a TV and a large fold-down couch, perfect for extra guests or just hanging out. A laundry room is situated in the basement on the unfinished side, separated by standing dividers. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. Hot tub rules include a $250 cleanliness fine if not followed, such as using beach towels only, no food or drinks, and respecting neighbors by keeping noise levels down. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed, with reimbursement available upon receipt submission.
