Property
In very nice shape, and the house was extremely high quality and well built. The only downside was that the owner was in the middle of renovations, but the quality of all the work I saw was extremely good. There were a couple of unconventional layout choices (like an under-counter fireplace in the kitchen and drawer-style refrigerators) but the unit was still excellent.
Management
The property owner was a very nice guy, and he clearly cared a lot about my experience if I were to live there and he cared a lot about his house as well.
