Management
The leasing staff was very professional in responding to my inquiries about the available apartment unit in a timely manner. They also were most helpful in explaining building policies throughout the tour of the unit. They also did an excellent job communicating to me by email and telephone. A very good staff manage this apartment building.

This property is very clean and was rather quiet from indoor and outdoor noise. The available apartment unit appeared to be nicely repainted. Newer appliances add to its charm. Overall, a decent apartment unit and building in beautiful historic Birdtown in Lakewood.
