Property
It was super nice, but all of the additional costs on top of the rent added up outside of our budget. It’s $100-$150 to park your own car, and guests have to pay $10 for parking every time they visit. Otherwise it’s a great location, close to everything, was well maintained, and overall a nice area. It had an upscale feel, and was kept up as a hotel would be. I think this would be a nice place for someone looking for location and something quiet if you make around $80,000+ (per person renting a 2 bedroom). Unfortunately, I could not justify the pricing and the high rise feel, but it was a lovely place and I had a positive experience.
Management
They were friendly, and the man who gave us a tour was honest with us when we asked about additional costs such as parking, move in fees, renters insurance, utilities, and expensive guest parking.
