Welcome to our Midtown home! This 4-bedroom apartment features modernly designed bathrooms and can accommodate up to 14 guests. Enjoy a comfortable living space, a fully equipped kitchen to cook your favorite meals, and a covered back porch. The apartment also offers Roku TV and Wi-Fi for your entertainment. A charcoal grill is available for use outside, making it perfect for families and friends looking for a peaceful and lovely getaway.
Guests will enter the apartment through a digital keypad. A few steps on the front patio lead to the front door. Inside, discover an elegant and relaxing living room with a decorative fireplace. A little hallway off the living room leads to the bedrooms and a bathroom. To the right, you'll find the dining room and kitchen. A sitting area near the sliding door provides access to the back patio or carport, complete with a table, chairs, and BBQ grill for your use. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.
We are a pet-friendly home. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. A non-refundable pet fee is required. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this.
Our home is located in a residential area with easy access to major highways, interstates, restaurants, and shopping centers. It's only minutes away from Lakebottom Park! Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, but driving is encouraged.
We offer contact-free check-in via a digital door code, and the code will be provided upon check-in. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation, and you will be required to leave the property immediately without eligibility for any refunds. Smoking is prohibited, and an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred if there are signs of smoking in or around the home. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home, a $500 fee will be charged. Parties are prohibited, and other events are permitted only with prior approval. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. Please bag all trash and place it in the bins provided, as there is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property.
