Enjoy a comfortable living space, a fully equipped kitchen to cook your favorite meals, and a covered back porch. The home also offers Roku TV and Wi-Fi for your entertainment. A charcoal grill is available for outdoor use, making it perfect for families and friends looking for a peaceful and lovely getaway. Guests will enter the house through a digital keypad. A few steps on the front patio lead to the front door. Inside, discover an elegant and relaxing living room with a decorative fireplace. Off the living room, a hallway leads to the bedrooms and a bathroom. To the right, you'll find the dining room and kitchen. A sitting area near the sliding door provides access to the back patio and carport, complete with a table, chairs, and BBQ grill for your use. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended in the home and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned up from the yard. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. Our home is located in a residential area with easy access to major highways, interstates, restaurants, and shopping centers. It is only minutes away from Lakebottom Park, offering convenience and leisure. We offer contact-free check-in via a digital door code, ensuring maximum privacy. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If quiet hours are violated and neighbors are disturbed, your reservation may be canceled, requiring you to leave the property immediately without a refund. Smoking is prohibited; a $500 damage charge will be incurred if signs of smoking are found. Parties are not allowed, and any damage to the home or furnishings will be your responsibility.
