     Management

    The leasing agents were very personable and friendly. They were able to answer all questions we had during our tour, and we had some additional questions after the showing which they answered really quickly - no waiting until 'business hours' to get an answer. I don't expect 24 x 7 coverage of a leasing office, so I was surprised to get a response at 6 PM on a Sunday night!

     Property

    While the building is definitely dated, it is a perfect first-time-renter property. The unit was small, as expected for a 1 bedroom, but the layout of the unit was really nice. It has a large-ish living room space with what I would describe as a hallway-type kitchen area (there is enough space for a small drop-leaf table to eat) which leads into a fair sized bedroom and an 'en suite' bathroom. For the price, this is a great property. It is at the edge of a primarily single family neighborhood on the north side and a set of 3 nice townhome/triplexes to the south. It is situated relatively close to 2 main roads in Anoka which is handy.
