After a day of exploring, relax by the fire or soak in the hot tub under the stars. The kitchen is equipped with an oven range, microwave, toaster, waffle maker, Keurig dual coffee maker, and other necessities to make cooking a breeze. The living area offers comfortable seating, Wi-Fi, and a smart TV. Bedroom 1 contains a closet with a washer and dryer, and the bathroom features a single vanity and a shower-tub combo. Outdoors, enjoy a private hot tub, propane grill with grilling utensils, and a firepit, all within a newly built fence for added privacy. This pet-friendly cabin allows pets with prior approval and payment. A minimum fee of $350 per pet will be charged for pets brought to non-pet-friendly cabins or for pets not pre-approved. Firewood for the firepit should be purchased locally. Located in the heart of the Adventure Capital of Kentucky, Slade offers rock climbing, horseback riding, kayaking, canoeing, hiking, zip lines, fishing, restaurants, and sightseeing nearby. The property is accessed by a well-maintained road, though trailers are prohibited. Road noise from the nearby Bluegrass Mountain Parkway may be heard. Check-in begins at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am. Arriving early or departing late will result in additional charges. No events, parties, or large gatherings are allowed. Guests must be at least 18 years old to book. The property is in a heavily wooded area, and guests may experience weather conditions or power outages beyond the host's control. The hosts will assist but are not responsible for issues beyond their control. The hot tubs are a popular amenity, but mechanical problems may occur that cannot be resolved quickly in this remote area, and no refunds are made if this occurs.
