A recent credit report demonstrating financial responsibility.
Rental history with references from previous landlords confirming timely payments and proper property care.
Background Verification:
A standard criminal background check is conducted for every applicant. This is applied uniformly to all potential tenants.
Property Care & Communication:
Tenants are expected to maintain the property in excellent condition. Regular inspections (with proper notice) will be conducted to ensure upkeep, and we encourage open communication for any repair or maintenance issues.
Fair Housing Compliance:
