Management
The gentleman in contact with me was incredibly unprofessional and showed up an hour and a half late with no call or message saying that would be the case. After telling him that I wasn't interested, he continued to call and message me.

The property is very run down with sections of fences on the ground. There was a homeless man wandering around and the whole area smelled of weed. The property is not worth the price of rent. There was a very kind resident there who gave me information and told me about some of the things that go on at the property, like the homeless people and the drug addicts.
