This is a basement apartment that has a shared front door entry and inside stairs. The basement has: 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, family room and kitchen. There is room for 1 car to park in the driveway and a second car that can be parked on the street. It is available to renters for as little as 5 days or for 120 days. No pets.
Rental price includes utilities and internet. Rental price varies by month as this is primarily a vacation rental. Some nights, weeks or months may be blocked off. Check with owner for details.

You'll be staying in our bright, remodeled basement guest apartment which has:
- Kitchen & family room with 55 inch smart TV
- 2 burner induction stove and large air fryer.
- 2 bedrooms
- 3/4 bath
* Each bedroom has a comfy queen bed with 4 pillows, set of fluffy towels, table, mirrors, and dresser.
* Kitchen: fridge, toaster oven, microwave, dual induction cooktop, coffee maker.
* We're close to other east valley cities & Phoenix.
* Baseball training camps: Cubs 5 miles & A's 2 miles.
* Host lives on the main floor. Stairs are inside the front door.
* No yelling or profanity. Quiet time from 10:30 pm to 7:30 am.
Cleaning required every 2 weeks along with linen change - approximate cost is $100 and is in addition to the rent.
Maximum number of guests is 4 sharing the 2 beds. No sleeping on the couches.
Parking on the property in designated area for one car or truck. The parking spot is 9.5 feet wide and 19 feet long.
if your car leaks oil, please park on the street.
Electronic lock. Stairs are 10 ft from front door and well lit.
High speed internet.
Access to the pool, BBQ, gardens and back porch are through the west gate. We're frequently working in the backyard. if you need it spiffy, just ask us. If you'd like to sample our fruit and veggies just ask. Must use west gate for access to the back yard.
This is a fragrance free location:
** Avoid wearing fragrances (perfume, after shave, etc.)
** Absolutely no smokers, or people trying to quit smoking.
We live on the main house level. The space you're renting is downstairs. There is a common entrance. 10 feet from the front door, go down the stairs. There is a barn door to close off the guest space. Need something? Please text or call us. Hosts are retired. There will be external cameras.
This is a bright, comfortable, basement living space requiring stairs.
The private space: 2 bedrooms, beautiful tile shower, kitchenette and family room. It is all separate from our main floor living space. The only thing shared is the front door entry.
There's a pool in back, patio, barbecue and fruit trees in season. Backyard entry is through the west gate. Please prop the gate open when in back and close it when you're done. it looks locked but isn't.
We don't host smokers nor people that use tobacco products or that use recreational drugs or vapors.
Sleeping on property is for guests only. if friends want to visit and stay, the cost is $25 per additional guest per night (negotiable) with Landlord approval.
On property recreation is for guests and others with host approval.
Please avoid wearing fragrances.
We keep the house at 75 degrees during the summer and 72-73 degrees during the winter. For sleeping time, the temperature is a few degrees cooler.
There is a main floor washer dryer and we request that you use our "free and clear" (non-scented) detergent.
Our house isn't setup for toddlers and infants. we prefer not to host people with infants and toddlers. The main reason is parents don't prevent their kids from causing damage.
No pets. Not appropriate for people that can't use stairs.
There are 50 amenities.
Both hosts are Super Hosts on AirBnB and have been renting this property out since 2018.
Lease is determined at contract time weekly or monthly.
Check-in time is 4 pm or later. Check-out time is 11 am or earlier.
Any arrivals before noon count as an extra day. Any departures after 11 am are billed at $20 per hour.
Cancellations: There is a 24 hour cancellation period allowing guests to cancel and receive a full refund if the reservation was made at least 7 days in advance based on the listing's local time.
o Guests can cancel until 30 days before check-in for a full refund including taxes.
o If the guest cancels between 7 and 30 days before check-in, but after the 24-hour cancellation period, they'll receive 50% refund.
o If the guest cancels with less than 7 days before check-in, then no refund.
Lease required for 30 day rentals.
