We do provide a beach cart for all your beach necessities! Our home faces the beautiful neighborhood private, resort-style pool and private park, which is great for relaxing under the summer sun. Tired of the beach? We are only 2 blocks from the Destin Commons Mall which provides shopping, restaurants, a movie theatre, a bowling alley, a food hall, and more! Plus, we have tons of games and toys for the family if you decide to stay in! If you prefer to stay in for a night and unwind we have a 65" TV in the living room, a 50" TV in the master, and two 40" TVs (one in each downstairs guest bedroom) which include access to streaming services (Netflix, Disney, etc) to allow your family to spread out and relax after a full day of adventures! We have a lot of kid's books, toys, a highchair, kid's stool for handwashing/brushing teeth, kid's dishes, and pack-and-play for use during your stay. We ask you to be respectful of these extra amenities and leave them in good condition for the next guest. We do provide beach towels, a wagon, and an umbrella. We currently have sand toys and chairs for you to use but we ask that you are respectful of these items and return them for the next guest to use. If for some reason they are damaged or lost, please let us know before check-out. **This property is NOT AVAILABLE for rent to those under the age of 25. NO Exceptions. NO access to the garage. Surrounded by restaurants, entertainment, shopping, and more all within a short walk or drive! Shopping and Attractions: Destin Commons Mall is a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great place for the family. Make sure to pack a swimsuit for the kids as Destin Commons has a fun and interactive soft play area and water fountains to play in! Guest access The entire house except for the garage and an owner's closet is yours to use during your stay. There are two dedicated parking spots you can use directly in front of the house and also community parking near the pool on a first come, first served basis. No trailers are allowed on property via HOA rules. Utilities with a 5 year average are included, any excessive bills (overage from a 5 year average) will be charged to tenant. $125 refundable linen deposit due with first months rent.
