I am looking for someone to take over the lease, with lease ending May 2026. I am moving out at the end of the month or next month. Its the top floor of the building. Card operated laundry at the ground level of the building (get card at leasing office, recharge card in laundry room at building 8). You will need to submit your own application to the complex at the leasing office if you agree to takeover the lease. We can meet at the leasing office to get paperwork underway. Please note: the pictures are a near 1:1 match for the structure of the apartment and pulled from the site, they are not the apartment itself. Lease is up in May 2026. Just want someone to take over the rest of the lease starting this month or next month. Smoking is outside only.
