I am moving out at the end of the month or next month. Its the top floor of the building. Card operated laundry at the ground level of the building (get card at leasing office, recharge card in laundry room at building 8).
You will need to submit your own application to the complex at the leasing office if you agree to takeover the lease. We can meet at the leasing office to get paperwork underway.
