The cottage was renovated 3 years ago with new paint, vinyl plank flooring throughout, new stacking full sized washer and dryer. Also replaced was the water heater, garbage disposal, sink, curtains, medicine cabinet, fixtures. There is window AC and ceiling fans in each room and a spot in the driveway is reserved for the tenants car.
