Upstairs is the master suite with a large walk-in bathroom and private balcony. The home has a Roku device that you can use to sign in to your favorite streaming services (Hulu, Netflix, etc). Our neighborhood is quiet and very close to several cute shops and restaurants in downtown Woodland Park. We really enjoy Cafe Leo Coffee Shop, Judges, and Memorial Park. We are located 12 miles from the entrance of Pikes Peak, 17 miles from Garden of the Gods, and 19 miles from downtown Colorado Springs. This property is perfect regardless if you want to get away from the city while still having easy commuting, spend time with loved ones throughout the holidays, get to know the area before buying a house or stay here for seasonal work. 4WD is highly recommended in the winter months. The driveway is quite steep, and although the driveway gets plowed (typically done in the mornings) when it does snow, it can be difficult to drive up and down. Please account for snow being present in the winter months (November May). When in doubt, please park at the bottom of the driveway along the main road.
