The cottage comes with an in-unit washer and dryer and a large walk-in closet. The yard is maintained as part of the rent. This unit is ideal for a working professional, a couple, or retirees. A cat and/or dog is acceptable pending approval and additional terms. We will require that a tenant carry renter's insurance. We provide trash service.
