Rent is $635/month with first and last month rent due at signing so $1270 for move in with no deposit. You can apply for free online by indicating to us that you are interested in the property. We will then send you some questions to answer and this is what we use as our application. There is no charge to apply and we will let you know if you are approved usually same day. Can have up to two cats at no charge. No dogs are allowed. Parking is on street only. There is no central air conditioning in this apartment and we do not provide air conditioners but most tenants have found two window AC units is enough to comfortably cool the apartment during the summer. We will not contact any of your previous landlords until you have indicated that you want the apartment. Preference is given to those applicants able to move immediately. Tenant pays gas and electric.
