There is a large front porch to enjoy your daily morning coffee or for people watching, and a fenced in front yard. The Bungalow is also a quick walk from the beach, boardwalk, and local restaurants! All utilities and wifi costs are included in your rent. Air conditioning units in every room. Street parking. Small pets are negotiable. Security deposit refundable if no damage or issues occur. Age requirement is 24 years or older. No smoking. Lease can be seasonal (Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day Weekend), extended seasonal (Memorial Day Weekend through Irish Weekend), or month to month beginning May 1st and ending October 1st.
