The exterior of the property was quiet and very well maintained. The unit was on the first floor above a parking garage which you could access via stairs or an elevator (the unit was very close to the elevator). It included one parking spot although the owner stated he believed another spot could be leased through the HOA. The unit itself was nice; the front bedroom could be used as an office as it included interior french doors with a full glass pane so in order to add privacy, one would have to add a cover. The second bedroom included a large closet and was situated across from the single bathroom. Stack-able washer/dryer were in the closet adjacent to the bathroom. The kitchen was lovely with decent appliances and faced the living room. The living room had a door to a small balcony. Overall, it would have suited my family perfectly and I hope the people he rented it to will be pleased.
