The listing details did not thoroughly explain that this was a self-guided tour and I found it very difficult to contact the property manager to ask questions. I called, was turned away by a robot voice, was texted back, asked to provide my email, and then finally received an email prompting me to schedule a tour. That's three different modes of communication. I had to jump through hoops to schedule a tour and it would have been much easier to talk to a human being. Also, once I toured the property there was no person of contact to answer my questions about the property. Yes, there was an automated text asking for feedback, but the lack of personability really turned me off from the entire experience. No one is going to make that big of a life decision without talking to a human.
