The kitchen is at the front of the apartment. You must enjoy country living and please understand, this is an old farm house not a modern apartment complex. Included is garden plot area, and plenty of room to immerse yourself in the beautiful countryside. $1,200 per month, year lease minimum, 1 month security deposit required and a $150 non-refundable cleaning fee. Utilities and snow removal are the tenant's responsibility All utilities are shared/split based on how many tenants occupy the apartments on the property (there are three) Non-smoking tenant only, no smoking on property. Pets negatable for an additional pet fee. Small breed non-aggressive dogs only. Pets need to be met and approved. No hunting on the property This is a privately owned rental property.
