Please ensure that the gates remain shut at all times due to the presence of an unsupervised water feature (swimming pool) on the premises. There is a $500 fine for burning during county burn bans. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. For health, safety, and maintenance reasons, pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool, with a $500 fine if this rule is violated.
