Nice newer complex in a quiet spot. It was built in 2015 and is well maintained. It has granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, small private yard. There is garage access from the residence.
This property is 0.7 Miles from Schroeder Park and the River, 0.7 Miles to Redwood Park, and 1 mile from Redwood Elementary School.
The negative aspect of the property is: parking is limited to inside the garage and the space directly in front of the garage. If you have 2 vehicles, you'll have to play musical cars. No more than the 2 cars will fit. There is absolutely no smoking, vaping, or drug use of any kind inside the residence or on the property. I also do not allow open burning of any kind and no water beds or fish tanks.
Please make sure this location suits your needs before requesting and filling out an application since you will be paying money for the background check. Date of move-in is Dec 19th.
