Located so close I91 as well as the beautiful Crystal Lake in Barton,VT. Nice quiet back yard. Small porch off entrance. Near school and grocery store.
Landlord pays for water and sewer as well as lawn care. Tenant pays for electric (Barton electric), heat and any other utilities (internet/tv) as well as their own snow clean up. First months rent and security ($925) are due at time of signing the lease in cashier check. No personal checks. Lease can be 6 months to 1 year, with renewal at landlords discretion.
