Dogs under 35 lbs. There is a $30 per pet fee per month. Limit of two pets. Cats need to be declawed. You are responsible for yard maintenance. Shed is included for lawn mower but there are kids in the neighborhood who will do yard maintenance tor a fee. Please ask. Prefer smoking to be done outside.
