Owner uses upstairs 1-2 months/year for vacation. Reduced rent for months we use the upstairs. Kitchenette doesn't have a full stove/oven. Fireplace in basement is disabled/non funcitonal. All utilities included (water, electric, gas, waste and basic internet). Would consider 6 month lease. Desire year lease. Garage storage available. Owner pays all utilities: water, electricity, trash, gas (Heat/hot water) as well as basic internet. Absolutely no vaping or smoking anywhere. The ideal tenant is capable of handling small emergencies and will work with the owner in the management of the home. As mentioned the owner uses upstairs as a vacation home. The owner will have access to the internet and cameras that will be located in the upstairs and deck/yard only. The kitchenette is not a full kitchen and some creativity is needed. The rent period is negotiable. Preference given to a low impact renter. The house is older (1924) and the owner is doing some basic work on the house during periodic trips. Rent will be reduced based on time that we also occupy the upstairs.
