There is a laundry room on site with a new large speed Queen Washer. The apartment has large windows facing north & south. The bedroom comfortably holds a queen bed with other furniture. The bathroom has a full size bathtub. There is on site management for maintenance requests, lockout & package assistance. We have a specialty recycling program through Ridwell at no additional cost for tenants as well as city recycling and compost. This particular unit is only available for rent for December and January. After construction there may be an opportunity to re rent with us We are very firm on non-smoking. WE ARE UNABLE RENT TO SMOKERS. $85 (1 person)/$110 (2 people) utility fee attached with the monthly rent covers water, sewer, garbage and some electric. Tenant is responsible for setting up electric in their own name through Seattle City Light. Cable and Internet is available through either Centurylink or Xfinity. We can be flexible with pets.
