Property
The apartment was oversold. It is NOT a beachfront property. It does have a partial view of the beach but the view is obstructed by a large building that’s in front of the apartment. It is partially renovated, but the bedroom is so small it could only comfortably fit a twin bed. Hardly any storage or closet space. The floor in the kitchen/livingroom is sinking significantly. It doesn’t look structurally sound. The house that the apartment is in is very dirty and still under construction. The balcony is a shared balcony and it has concrete splattered in various areas. The wood looks old and splintered. The windows look like they need to be replaced.
