This downstairs 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment has electric baseboard heat, with luxury vinyl plank and carpet, there is coin laundry available. Stove, refrigerator, and water are included in the monthly rent. You may come to our office between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. to check out a key. We require a refundable $10.00 deposit per key, cash only, and a photocopy of a government issued ID. You will have 24 hours to return keys checked out Monday-Thursday, any keys checked out on Friday must be checked out before 4 p.m. and be returned by 5 p.m. on the same day. We conditionally allow pets with a onetime non-refundable pet fee, dog breed must be approved. Apartments have a 20 LB weight restriction on pets.
