I have a two bedroom apartment that will be available in November 2025. It is walking distance from East Texas A&M in Commerce. It has two bedrooms, one living room, one large shared kitchen, and a bathroom with washer and dryer hook ups. It is $900 per month water and electric are included. If you move in the middle of the month the first month's rent will be prorated. One year lease minimum. My apartment has a 1 year minimum lease agreement. We are pet friendly. We have off street parking for the tenants. There is rent and a security deposit equal to one month's rent due upon signing the lease agreement. I will work with a renter to break the security deposit into a few payments if that is helpful.
