The number of pets must be approved. This older house is located in a wooded area where deer, chipmunks, squirrels, and small mice are common. Thorough cleaning is done before each guest arrives, and all precautions are taken to prevent mice from entering the house. In the rare event of seeing a mouse inside, guests are encouraged to alert the host immediately.
